Position Overview:
The Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Account Specialist within the High Performance Computing (HPC) and Nuclear Computational Resource Center (NCRC). This position is integral to our HPC department, operating on a 9x80 schedule, which allows for every other Friday off.
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships to enhance INL initiatives.
- Engage in team activities and contribute to designated work scopes.
- Formulate and implement INL protocols, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Possess familiarity with customer-oriented IT systems and components.
- Demonstrate strong technical writing capabilities.
- Utilize LaTex for documentation and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Level 2: Requires a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with no prior experience.
- Level 3: Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- This role necessitates the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which mandates U.S. Citizenship.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range for this position: Level 2 ($54,876 - $107,064) / Level 3 ($63,528 - $130,284). Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and credentials.
