We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our General Construction team at the Naval Reactors Facility in Idaho. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interfacing with system and infrastructure engineering and subcontractors to execute projects safely, reliably, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical knowledge and expertise for the development and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain technical documents, including specifications, work scopes, and contract documents
- Ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations and Standards
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science-related field and 6 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree in engineering or science-related field and 4 years of relevant experience
- Currently or previously Shift Supervisor Part I qualified
- EDO qualified and 2 years EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program
- 3 years SRE qualified and Water Instructor and Refueling Facility Area Refueling Engineer and Fuel and Barrier Shift Supervisor (ECF only)
- SRE qualified and 6 years of experience
- Experience in development of technical documents
- Experience in civil engineering disciplines, including geotechnical, structural, water resources, or transportation
- Knowledge of Building Codes and Standards
- Experience with software tools, including Autocad, blue beam, and MS Office
- Experience with planning and executing projects
- Competitive salary range: $92,900.00 - $145,200.00 annually
