Nuclear Computational Resource Center Account Manager

The Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of High Performance Computing and Nuclear Computational Resource Center Account Specialist within our High Performance Computing division. This position involves working on a 9x80 schedule, providing essential support to the Nuclear Computational Resource Center (NCRC) and the High Performance Computing center, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships to enhance INL initiatives.
- Engage in team activities relevant to assigned projects and responsibilities.
- Formulate and implement INL policies, directives, and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Demonstrate familiarity with customer-oriented IT systems and components.
- Exhibit strong technical writing capabilities.
- Utilize and possess knowledge of LaTex.
Qualifications:
- Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with no prior experience.
- Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 2 years of experience.
- This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, necessitating U.S. Citizenship.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range for this position is: Level 2 ($54,876 - $107,064) / Level 3 ($63,528 - $130,284), based on education and experience.
