Office Support Specialist

This part-time role involves providing essential administrative support and managing cash transactions efficiently. The working hours are set from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits.
2. Process and reconcile daily credit card transactions.
3. Manage daily parts and service reconciliations.
4. Handle dealer trades and stock vehicles appropriately.
5. Serve as a backup for the switchboard and cashier duties.
6. Execute various clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
7. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in advanced computer software applications.
- Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine).
- Capability to perform repetitive data entry tasks with manual dexterity.
