Job Summary

Madison Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing event logistics, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage event logistics, including room blocks, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, from planning to execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and event data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Madison Resorts remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
