Key Responsibilities- Sales and Event Coordination: Ensure positive guest interactions, manage event logistics, and support various aspects of hotel operations.
- Guest Relations: Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings and represent the company effectively.
- Event Execution: Conduct tours with guests, assist with event decorations, and execute events with assistance from the Event Coordinators.
- Room Blocks and Inventory Management: Manage room blocks for multiple properties and ensure that merchandise is stocked and on display at multiple locations.
- Financial Management: Coordinate with the Finance team to supply gift cards and track inventory with Shopify.
- Marketing and Partnerships: Engage with local businesses, create hotel stay packages, and place orders for branded stationery items.
- Communication and Collaboration: Participate in weekly Group Impact Meetings and BEO Meetings, addressing issues and concerns for stakeholder groups relative to the wedding segment.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within a similar industry, with a minimum of 1 year's experience in working social events.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Must be very flexible with your schedule, including weekends and certain holidays.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
