Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Specialist to join our team at Kennedy-Donovan Center. This role involves collaborating with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Infants and toddlers, Child development or child studies, Education or special education, Psychology.

A minimum of 300 hours of experience working with children under the age of 5 is required. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

This position offers flexibility in creating your own schedule to visit with families and comes with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
