Developmental Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Developmental Specialist to join our team at the Kennedy-Donovan Center. This individual will work closely with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs, developing an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to support their growth and development.
As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will collaborate on program planning and delivery of services, overseeing case management and referral services for your assigned caseload. You will also conduct home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support, as well as facilitate parent/child and/or child groups.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain appropriate documentation. If you have a passion for working with young children and their families, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following fields: Infant and Toddler Studies, Child Development, Education, or Psychology
- 300+ hours of experience working with children under the age of 5 years old
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
