About the Position

The Kennedy-Donovan Center is hiring a Developmental Specialist to join our early intervention team. In this role, you will work directly with families to identify their child's strengths and developmental needs, developing a plan to support their growth and development.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver services, including home visits, parent training, and support groups. Your ability to build relationships with families and professionals is essential for success in this position.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following fields: Child Development, Education, Psychology, or Special Education
  • 300+ hours of experience working with children under the age of 5 years old
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
