We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Essel.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress. This includes assisting in developing project plans, coordinating project activities, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Project Plans: Assist project managers in creating project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate Project Activities: Ensure timely completion of tasks, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage Project Documentation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other project-related documents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven Experience: At least [6-8] years of experience as a Project Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Benefits and Compensation:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
