Position Overview:
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Beacon Hill will spearhead the financial planning and analytical operations, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This pivotal role will furnish essential insights to executive leadership, aiding in strategic decision-making and safeguarding the organization's financial stability.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals of the organization.
  • Construct and uphold intricate financial models to facilitate long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate financial outcomes, pinpointing trends, discrepancies, and critical performance metrics.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Offer actionable insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and optimize financial results.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments to collect financial data and guarantee precise financial reporting.
  • Assess and monitor financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, executing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, providing direction and support for their professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficient in financial analysis software and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
