Key Responsibilities:

This position involves conducting audit activities for various Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing audit strategies to ensure effective risk-based auditing by defining the audit scope and program, utilizing automation and innovative techniques.
  • Identifying control weaknesses, engaging with management, and proposing recommendations for improvement.
  • Building relationships with business partners, primarily with management, to enhance business understanding.
  • Evaluating impacts on business processes and controls, providing insights on severity ratings.
  • Exercising sound judgment to influence management positively and enhance the control environment while developing expertise in products and business operations.
  • Utilizing innovative tools to perform audit tasks more efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience in finance, internal audit, or public accounting, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Experience in internal audit reviews and risk management.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and automation.
  • Strong business acumen and issue management skills.
  • Effective project management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with treasury and digital products.
