Data Center Administrator-Onsite Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Administrator to join our team at Eateam. As an Onsite Data Center Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for on-call escalations and conducting root cause analysis of given issues. Your expertise in data center operations, including equipment installation and de-installation, will be invaluable to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for on-call escalations and conduct root cause analysis of given issues
• Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Work on value-adding activities such as knowledge base updates and management, training freshers, and coaching analysts
• Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases

Requirements:
• Data Center experience (equipment installation/de-installation)
• Service Now experience
• Experience in palletizing equipment and processing disposals
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Experience with inventory management
• Environment knowledge (equipment familiarity Network, Server, Firewall, vendor (Telecommunication, Telecommunication, SPECTRUM) equipment)
• Fiber and copper connectivity experience (different types of fiber, Single mode, multi-mode, MPO)
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues fiber/copper testing (equipment testers)
• Understanding of industry standards for fiber/copper patch panel connectivity and labeling standards
• Wireless Access Point install/de-install, troubleshooting
• Preferred Data Center certification (Server+, Network+, etc.)
• Understanding of power requirements for equipment
