Lead Data Center Engineer

Cary, NC

Swift Technologies Inc is seeking a highly experienced Lead Data Center Engineer to join our team.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience directing the planning, coordination, implementation and execution of approved policies, programs and services related to Data Center services.
  • Deep knowledge of Data Center Management, including design, infrastructure (hardware, software and telecommunications), maintenance and operations.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure components, including servers, network equipment, network storage, and Active Directory.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of engineers.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Data Center Management and a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing complex projects.

As a Lead Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for directing the planning, coordination, implementation and execution of approved policies, programs and services related to Data Center services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing Data Center strategies and plans.
  • Leading a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain Data Center infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
