Job Overview

The BLS Company is seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our team at our Operations Center. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing reservations, assisting clients with their ground transportation needs, and working closely with colleagues and managers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process reservations received through various channels, including online and phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset.
