As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring efficient and courteous service. You will also be responsible for all aspects of providing quality telephone support to clients and assisting customers in resolving problems. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make sales calls to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  2. Process orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Cover for sales people to ensure seamless customer service.
  4. Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and expeditious manner.
  5. Clear orders and ensure timely delivery.
  6. Responsible for taking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving customer disputes and problems within established guidelines.
  7. Participate as part of the customer service team to answer questions and handle problems in a professional and expeditious manner.
  8. Research and resolve customers' disputes and problems within established guidelines.
  9. Complete, process, and maintain applicable paperwork and records.
  10. Proactively identify transportation and delivery problems and present solutions.
  11. Present and sell new products to customers.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
  1. One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Knowledge of Order processing systems.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
