Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing all customer inquiries related to processes, serving as the liaison between LHT, clients, and other business partners.
- Preparing cost estimates for repairs that are not covered by contracts and obtaining customer approvals.
- Identifying and invoicing for cases of mishandling, modifications, and scrap.
- Independently handling loans, sales, and exchanges that originate outside the LHT Pool.
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of turnaround times (TAT) by coordinating with various business units to meet customer expectations.
- Overseeing accurate cost bookings and timely invoicing.
- Monitoring customer orders and managing shipments in collaboration with logistics partners.
- Utilizing various systems, including E-bat, MAX-LRU, and SAP, among others.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Aviation Customer Support Specialist, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- College degree or vocational training is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree is desirable.
- 1-2 years of experience in MRO customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with MRO customer service practices.
- Experience with SAP, CSS training, or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.
