Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all customer inquiries related to processes, serving as the liaison between LHT, clients, and other business partners.
  • Preparing cost estimates for repairs that are not covered by contracts and obtaining customer approvals.
  • Identifying and invoicing for cases of mishandling, modifications, and scrap.
  • Independently handling loans, sales, and exchanges that originate outside the LHT Pool.
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of turnaround times (TAT) by coordinating with various business units to meet customer expectations.
  • Overseeing accurate cost bookings and timely invoicing.
  • Monitoring customer orders and managing shipments in collaboration with logistics partners.
  • Utilizing various systems, including E-bat, MAX-LRU, and SAP, among others.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Aviation Customer Support Specialist, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • College degree or vocational training is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • 1-2 years of experience in MRO customer service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MRO customer service practices.
  • Experience with SAP, CSS training, or equivalent on-the-job training.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure environment.
