Customer Service Support MRO Job Description

A great opportunity to gain entry into the aviation industry with the leading provider of aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification services and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle all process-related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners.
  • Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out-of-contract repairs, process customers' approval.
  • Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap.
  • Work independently on loans, sales, and 1:1 exchanges also originating other than the LHT Pool.
  • Responsible for TAT fulfillment, coordinate business units within LHT to meet customers' requirements.
  • Responsible for correct cost booking and in-time invoicing.
  • Monitor customer orders.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and track shipments in cooperation with LTL.
  • Work in and with various systems, such as E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED desirable.
  • College degree/vocational training desirable.
  • Bachelor Degree desirable.
  • Professional experience desirable.
  • 1-2 Years / MRO Customer Service.
  • English required.
  • German and Spanish desirable.
  • Knowledge in MRO Customer Service.
  • Knowledge in SAP, CSS Training or equivalent OJT.
  • MS office as user.
  • Excellent detail-oriented.
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent commitment.
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
  • Assessment screening.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Constant time pressure.
