About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, meeting sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to inventory control procedures and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Preferred qualifications include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
