Customer Service Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of associates.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
* Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
* Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
* Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues
* Manage registers, ensuring accurate transactions and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other store managers to achieve sales goals and improve store performance

**Requirements**

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive shopping experience
* Basic computer skills, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
