Role Summary:
The Client Relations Specialist is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. This role focuses on fostering and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Work Schedule:
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: Part-Time: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Full-Time: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer orders, documenting all modifications, including returns and exchanges.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving complaints.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate shipments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare necessary reports for the customer service department.
- Undertake additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient typing abilities and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask and handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is essential.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; customer service and data entry experience are preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 32 pounds unassisted.
