Key Responsibilities- Contract Strategy and Implementation: Assist the Government in establishing high-level contract strategy and driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities.
- Domain Expertise: Domain knowledge and expertise for the system engineering of multiple interrelated large system acquisitions; Special focus areas include Cloud Services, Software Services Platform; Development Security Operations (DevSecOps), Data Centricity and management, Data Management, Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), working across organizational and system boundaries (internal and external) and enterprise governance.
- Contract Policy and Procedure: Champion contract policy and procedure revision and improvement.
- Business Acumen: Understand the business cases and have an appreciation of financial/analytical issues.
- Contract Compliance: Analyze significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and policies.
- Contract Change Control: Manage contract change control process and support bid review and proposal requests.
- Negotiation and Communication: Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiations on complex contractual issues. Correspond with Government and developers regarding contract status, requests for additional information, etc.
- Proposal Development: Author, edit and package complex requests for proposals (RFP).
- Acquisition Support: Perform pre-Acquisition, Acquisition Execution and Acquisition Strategy tasks.
- Experience: 4+ years of relative experiences.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Certifications: DAWIA level I or II desired. COTR Experience desired. TS/SCI with CI poly.
