Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical quality assurance reviews of Contract Documents.
  • Review submittals and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Evaluate contractor cost proposals.
  • Represent the firm in construction meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical building design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction contracts (AIA, EJCDC).
  • Strong technical design and engineering expertise.
  • Excellent work ethic with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • CDT or CCCA certification.
  • Mechanical design or project management experience.
  • Cost estimating experience.
