Program Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our Family and Community Services team within our Child, Youth, and Family Services Division.
In this role, you will provide critical administrative and clerical support to our staff, assisting them in delivering essential services to our clients and contributing to our mission to make America a better place to live.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a high school diploma/GED and three years of experience in office management and clerical duties, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have dependable, insured transportation and a valid California Driver's License.
As a Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various clerical tasks, such as word processing, data entry, filing, copying, mailing, and tracking information. You will also screen and direct telephone calls, provide routine information and referrals, and receive referrals from Family and Community Support programs and track information using program procedures.
Additionally, you will enter intakes and programmatic file information into ClientTrack, our client database system, arrange logistics for meetings and activities, develop agendas, and prepare meeting materials. You will also compile and record statistical data, creating comprehensive reports, and distribute information, letters, and memos to program management and staff.
We offer a competitive salary of $19.50 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, 14 paid holidays, vacation time, sick time, and a generous match to your retirement contribution after six months.
