Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our delivery systems and network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot moderately complex technical issues and escalate problems as necessary
• Assist with configuration management of computing delivery systems
• Provide basic end-user training and support

• 2+ years' experience in Linux application support
