Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Required Skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe. Familiarity with proprietary software is advantageous. Strong organizational and planning skills are essential, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. We seek an individual who is disciplined, self-motivated, and possesses leadership qualities, blending field expertise with office practices. ACI Field Technician I Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: The successful applicant will have over 7 years of experience in construction, including construction testing and inspections, or a combination of relevant education and experience. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Additional certifications, such as ICC in Reinforced Concrete or Structural Masonry, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management are highly desirable.
