Client Service Manager, Business Development

Key Responsibilities:- Support the day-to-day needs of assigned Strategic Account Directors and home office clients of the Retirement & Insurance channel.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives and provide regular updates to the status of various business initiatives.
- Partner with Sales Manager(s) to author business plans, strategy presentations, and client activity guides.
- Function as an extension of the Strategic Account Director with business partners.
- Coordinate materials for client meetings and provide proactive client service support.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years industry experience preferred, with a meaningful understanding of the investment industry.
- Motivated self-starter who can deal with changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid project management expertise and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- A team player with outstanding interpersonal, time management, and efficiency skills.
