Job Summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Custodial/Cleaner to join our team at our apartment communities in Middletown, RI. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare market-ready units by removing trash and performing general cleaning tasks.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Report maintenance concerns and issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
  • Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensure the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and other community buildings.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Criminal Background and drug test required.
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
