Clinical Registration Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Registration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient registration of patients for healthcare services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Obtain and enter demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information into the patient accounting system
- Validate patient information through interviews and verification processes
- Manage patient appointments and phone calls/messages
- Provide customer-centric service delivery in an effective and efficient manner
- Communicate with ancillary departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high data integrity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience in a healthcare provider environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer/PC experience and medical terminology knowledge desired
