Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Registration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient registration of patients for healthcare services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain and enter demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information into the patient accounting system
  • Validate patient information through interviews and verification processes
  • Manage patient appointments and phone calls/messages
  • Provide customer-centric service delivery in an effective and efficient manner
  • Communicate with ancillary departments to ensure smooth patient flow and high data integrity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a healthcare provider environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Computer/PC experience and medical terminology knowledge desired
