Clinical Assessment Specialist

- Perform clinical assessments for perspective clients
- Complete reassessments for clients needing to remain in the program
- Responsible for conducting the initial screening, intake, and diagnostic impression
- Completion of the initial treatment plan to identify service needs
- Coordinating care with other assigned clinicians, Executive Director and team lead.
- As needed, participates in the direct delivery of services that are within his/her area of expertise
- Attend staff meetings regularly
- Professional training 20 hours per year required. Training hours can include but are not limited to the following: Documentation of Orientation, 6 weeks of individual (clinical), 4 weeks of group, administrative orientation, in-service training, and trainings at other places of employment. Classes taken should all be documented on training form. All other training must be approved by Director.
