Job Overview:
As a RN Supervisor at Providence Medford Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of Case Managers, Coordinators, and Case Management Associates to ensure excellent customer service and timely provision of coordinated patient care.
- Develop and implement operational plans, including staffing resources, policy and procedures, orientation and education, and quality improvement activities under the direction of the Manager and Director of Care Management.
- Maintain expertise in case management and ensure that services are aligned with the vision and goals of the department.
- Ensure the development plan of individual and professional group case management staff and align services with departmental goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or ~3 years experience in discharge planning and case management in an acute care setting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or Community Health preferred.
- Crucial Accountability Training and Emotional Intelligence Training required.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.
