We are seeking an experienced RN to lead our care management team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of case managers, coordinators, and associates. About the Role:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the care management team, ensuring that all staff members have the necessary resources and support to provide high-quality patient care. You will also develop and implement operational plans that align with the vision and goals of the department. With a strong focus on quality improvement, you will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in discharge planning and case management in an acute care setting
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Our competitive salary is $93,500 per year, plus additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
