Overview

Providence RN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director/Manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services on the Medical Telemetry unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts.
  • Support the Director/Manager in implementing and monitoring compliance to policies, processes, and clinical priorities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BS or BSN).
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
