Providence Medical Group South is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team. As a key member of our clinic leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services in an efficient and safe manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in staff development, quality improvement, and patient safety. They will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience. Additionally, the candidate will need to hold National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification, Oregon Registered Nurse License, and Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington).

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $44.73 and $70.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
