Medical Director Clinic Nursing and Quality

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care settings, with strong leadership skills and the ability to provide direct patient care at the top of their RN scope of practice. You will also be responsible for ensuring state and federal compliance and providing clinical support services in an efficient and safe manner.
This is a full-time position, working day shifts, with a salary range of $44.73 - $70.80 per hour. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Oversight of clinical staff performance
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical staff
- Implementation of clinical best practices
- Ensuring state and federal compliance
- Providing clinical support services
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree with 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- Washington Registered Nurse License (for locations in Washington)
- Completion of an ONS-approved Chemotherapy course
- Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
- 3 years RN experience managing complex patients
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff
