Volt is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist.
Position: Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Logistics to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the fulfillment of orders both domestically and internationally.
  • Accurately input a significant volume of Purchase Orders into the ERP system.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure follow-up for resolution.
This is a full-time position.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with data entry and ERP systems (Navision/MS Dynamics preferred).
  • Typing proficiency (40 WPM or more) and basic data entry knowledge.
  • Ability to draft correspondence and create Excel spreadsheets.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • High school diploma along with applicable work experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime.
Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and job responsibilities.
