Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries swiftly and accurately through various communication channels
  • Facilitate requests from multiple sources and coordinate internally for effective resolutions
  • Oversee departmental schedules for meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Manage product sales, warranty inquiries, shipping, and returns
  • Prepare necessary shipping documentation and paperwork
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of internal databases
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as required
  • Provide remote assistance when necessary

Required Qualifications:

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Experience with help desk software

· Knowledge of CRM systems

· Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· At least 2 years of experience in customer service
