About the Role

Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for inspiring and empowering your team to exceed sales goals, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Collaborate with peers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing, coaching, and developing sales representatives to reach their personal and professional goals.
  • Drive Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure store success by building positive customer relationships, utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles, and communicating with customers in a retail setting to deliver a positive company image and exceed operational metrics.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel: Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Abilities: Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Schedule: Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Management Experience: 1+ years of management experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Telecommunications/Wireless Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the telecommunications or wireless industry.
