Position Overview

As a vital member of our retail team, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in navigating our store and finding the products they need. Your role will ensure that every customer enjoys a quick and pleasant checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Facilitate a swift and friendly checkout process while adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Engage customers in our Rewards program and guide them through the enrollment process.
  • Educate customers about our Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
  • Support various Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planogram (POGs) standards.
  • Ensure merchandise recovery and store maintenance, including handling returns and general recovery tasks.
  • Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and assist with assigned AD set duties.
  • Contribute to shrink and safety initiatives.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful interaction with all team members and customers, even in challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to move throughout the store and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
Work Environment

This position is set in a public retail environment, primarily climate-controlled, with some areas that may not be. You may also engage in outdoor tasks, such as retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks. Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
