About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Michaels. As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive and engaging experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and improve store efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure that all needs are met and that the store is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of customer service representatives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
