Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in navigating the store and locating products, providing effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Facilitate a swift and friendly checkout process, adhering to cash handling protocols.
  • Engage customers with information about our Rewards program and assist with their enrollment.
  • Encourage participation in the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey to gather valuable feedback.
  • Support omni-channel initiatives, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
  • Participate in the unloading of merchandise, stocking, and maintaining planogram (POG) standards.
  • Ensure merchandise recovery and store maintenance, including handling returns and general store organization.
  • Execute Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and other assigned duties to enhance product availability.
  • Contribute to shrink prevention and safety programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment, embodying the organization's values and vision.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Candidates should be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.
  • Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch as required.
  • Lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.
Work Environment

This position is set in a public retail environment, with climate-controlled areas for customer interaction. Some tasks may require outdoor work or in non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
