CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH

You will provide an outstanding Customer experience by ensuring the right team members are selected, trained, and developed. You will foster a culture of positivity and resilience within your team, encouraging them to overcome challenges and spread joy to our Customers. You will ensure an exceptional balloon service experience for our Customers. You will implement top-tier sales and service strategies while achieving sales, profit, and service objectives, alongside key talent initiatives. You will promote exemplary Customer service practices within your team through accountability, recognition, and encouragement. You will enhance the shopping experience for Customers by providing a welcoming in-store and curbside service. You will utilize technology to improve the Customer service experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You will empower your team to adapt to frequent changes by fostering a culture of inspiration and commitment to the organization's goals.

ACHIEVING RESULTS

You will analyze business reports to inform daily decision-making. You will drive growth in key areas, including balloons and omni-channel services. You will oversee merchandising and inventory management. You will manage payroll and ensure store profitability. You will be responsible for store planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.

ENHANCING SALES AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

You will lead a store that operates efficiently, fostering a culture of sales and service. You will provide solutions that enhance Customer loyalty. You will deliver an exceptional Customer experience by adhering to our service model (Friendly, Easy, Accurate). You will prioritize Customer interactions over tasks at all times.

DEVELOPING A CUSTOMER-FOCUSED TEAM

You will take full responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and developing the store team to ensure they prioritize our Customers' needs. You will create an environment that encourages Team Member engagement and retention. You will invest in training initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities. You will develop sustainable Talent Plans to support ongoing team growth. Your role is vital in executing our company's mission, values, and priorities that focus on our internal and external Customers.

Qualifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The replenishment process may require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25lbs regularly. Duties include cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams, and maintaining endcap displays. Climbing ladders is necessary to restock and retrieve merchandise for our customers. Processing transactions at the register is required. Utilizing our helium system to fulfill customer orders is necessary.
