Amanda Luckett Murphy Hopewell Center is a leading provider of community-based behavioral health services. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the assessment process, ensuring that all program requirements are met, and providing clinical supervision to staff. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or a related field, eligibility as a QMHP, and 3 years of experience in mental/behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assessment staff and oversee the pre-assessment, psychosocial assessment, and initial treatment planning process.
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with referral sources, such as hospitals, outpatient care facilities, and other community-based organizations.
  • Collect and maintain data on outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Eligibility as a QMHP.
  • 3 years of experience in mental/behavioral health.
  • Leadership experience preferred.

Supervisory Requirements:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to assessment staff.
  • Take an active role in monitoring the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives.
  • Involve employees in achieving goals.
  • Communicate changes and news to employees.
  • Handle difficult personnel situations.
  • Champion change and manage the implementation of new ideas.
  • Reinforce team approach and support input from team members.
  • Complete evaluations of employees.
