Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary health team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and urgent health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Missouri
  • National certification as an APRN
  • 2+ years of experience in primary care or urgent care setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Nursing
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
