Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our outpatient dialysis center in Saint Louis, Missouri. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • One year of experience in dialysis or a related field.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
