Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the assessment services at our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and providing day-to-day services, including the needs of consumers and meeting all program requirements established by the Department of Mental Health and/or other governing entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide clinical supervision to assessment staff, ensuring the appropriateness of care and interventions.
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with referral sources, such as hospitals, outpatient care facilities, and other community-based organizations.
  • Collect and maintain data on outcomes, tracking the effectiveness of assessment services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and eligibility as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional).
  • Licensure as an LPC/LCSW.
  • At least 3 years of experience in mental/behavioral health, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
