Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage cash transactions, including operating a cash register and handling customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic aptitude and understanding of point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- CPR and first aid training a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Computer proficiency required.
This role requires the ability to perform numerous physical activities, including standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and work in a variety of environments, including indoors and outdoors.
