About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting Sherwin-Williams products and services to customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive the best possible advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
