Federal Security Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Armed FPS Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between site supervisors, Account Managers/Field Operations Managers, and professional security officers. They will supervise staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Supervising staff on assigned shifts to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Liaising with site supervisors, Account Managers, and Field Operations Managers to coordinate services
  • Celebrating successes, addressing performance gaps, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels and adjusting as needed to meet customer requirements

**Requirements for Success:**

  • At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner
  • Prior FPS Supervisor experience required
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with innovative technology systems
