This role involves overseeing IT operations for a chain of retail locations. The technician will be responsible for monitoring approximately 50 sites, with 1-2 technicians assigned per city. Daily responsibilities include visiting 2-3 locations to ensure proper functioning of IT equipment.
The technician will initially work 2 days a week, with the possibility of reducing to 1 day per week as needed.
Role Requirements:
- This is a non-technical position focused on observation and basic troubleshooting.
- Tasks include monitoring Epson printers, ELO devices, and Zebra computers.
- Technicians will assist with resolving minor issues such as paper jams and addressing basic user inquiries.
- For more complex issues, technicians will be required to contact the IT Helpdesk to create support tickets.
